How the Process Works

INQUIRE

Tell us about your event through our online inquiry form. We'll look over the details and provide an initial design quote to help you feel confident moving forward.

BOOKING

Once you approve our custom design quote, we'll make it official with our formal proposal and contract. A 30% non-refundable retainer will lock in your date in our calendar. A second payment of 35% will be due four months prior to your wedding date.

 

PLANNING + CONSULTATION

We'll work with you or your wedding planner throughout the planning process, making any edits to your order and providing consultation as needed for any floral decisions. 

FINAL DETAILS

One month before your wedding, we'll reconnect virtually or in-person to gather final numbers, and settle the final payment.

 

YOUR WEDDING DAY

Our hands-on, dedicated team will arrive on-site and get to work on executing every detail with utmost care. If requested, we won’t leave until we have transferred and ceremony flowers to the reception. We will return to strike and pick up our rental inventory 15 minutes prior to your end time.
